Murano Glass Bird
Approximately 21" tall
Man I love this thing and I've had it for years. I'm not really sure how, with all the friends, parties, crazy girlfriends and animals ...that this thing didn't get broken.
I bought this under the assumption and all these years I've always thought, that this is Murano Glass? Although I'm not 100% sure and it doesn't matter because I enjoy this bird everyday.
One of the things that I've always appreciated about this piece is, that it's such a simple form. But when you put it next to something, like the wall for example in my picture, it suddenly has character. Looks like it has facial features, a great trick of light and shapes.
