Im not sure how old it is but he keep it need the bar where he spent most of his time drinking. it wood on a wooden frame

We have the same one hanging in our lake cabin, I have seen them everywhere. Also another one that reads: "Saloon: Loud & boisterous behavior will be tolerated." These signs are just "funny" things to hang, that's it. "Shave & Haircut 2 bits" "Kiss the Cook", there are many all over the place.
