This is a group of BSA patches known as Type SC6 which were used from 1965-1971. These were the last of this basic design which had been around for decades with minor variations. For example the Scribe patch had the fleur de lis added. Before that it was just a pair of crossed feathers/quills. Two of those are in the first photo on the top row. The main difference between these types of patches is reinforced edges with borders and a backing. There were improvements in each generation of patch to make them a bit more durable. The edges tended to fray in the wash.
The largest patch here seen in the 1st photo, lower right corner, is the 1946-1951 type. It could be the the generation after that but close enough. It is a senior patrol leader patch which would be the highest position in a Boy Scout troop. You can see the difference between it and the later patches in the last photo.

Top row, First Class Scout (rank), Scribe x 2 (position), Patrol Leader x 2 (position).
Bottom Row Quartermaster (position), Star Scout x 2 (a high rank), and the Senior Patrol Patch.
