Believe to be a syrup pitcher. Unfortunately I think a top cover is missing. "Meridian Silverplate Co. Quadruple Plate" 1371 and ? ELV on bottom. Seem to be a Starburst pattern. Found at thrift store, appreciate any info. Thanks!
