Needs some work, clock isn’t working. When I bought this I thought it was a AM radio and Police scanner.

Very nice deco case !~
It is a wonderful AM and Police band receiver, but I don't see anything about it that'd be a transmitter...?? (besides that it'd probably be(en) rather illegal if it did?)
