Help identifying age and maker please

Can anyone help with identifying the age and maker of this lamp ?,it looks like a bathing nude soap dish ,however it is a lamp and where the light attaches it’s not just drilled it is molded with a rise on the top as well as the bottom it’s really beautiful and it glows and it has feet on the corners and the soap dishes do not .I can’t find any information on it at all. The soap dishes were reproduced in 1970 but looking at the electric cord it seems to be much older. Thanks
