I'm not sure what exactly this is or how to categorize it. Looks like copper stamping. I do not see a Manufacturer mark.

Here's a similar one..I would not pay attention to price. Anyone can ask whatever they want. O ly sold prices count and you need at least 3 comparables..

The ladies adorning each side made me wonder if it could have held the hats of gentlemen visiting one of those establishments known as “houses of ill-repute”. ;^)
short on sampling , it all bounces at auctions, a sort of revival style, this aint gonna work
