Okay so this was a great find by my 11 year twins and I. A Tom's Toasted Peanuts Jar like the one pictureed. The only blah moment for us, was the fact it does not have the regular lid that comes with it. So here we are looking for the lid. My kids love the jar. How funny since they are only 11!
If anyone has any clue how to get new lid please let me know

Very Nice Jar !! I have 1 like it !! Well....a new lid,,,how about wal-mart !! Yep I said it...wal-mart !! They are reproducing these jars with "NO" letttering just a clear glass jar. The small sells for $4.88 and the large for $9.97. You can easily buy the whole small jar with the lid "Chunk" the jar and put the lid on your Tom's !!! The only thing is the handle on the top is not red like the original...Good Luck !

How funny I just bought a Tom's Jar today at a garage sale for $10, has the lid and in great shape.
If you buy a cover from Wally World, you could take red glass paint to the knob, get from any hobby shop.

How awesome! I have a lid the wally likd I am sure it is the one Youngblood speaks of. I have contimplated putting it up for sale but on Ebay they have the original lids.. So I guess the kids and I will continue to enjoy it
