Uranium Amber Glass Candlestick.

A pair of these were previously posted but not identified. A possibility was Boston and Sandwich with a reference to the use of a wafer to join the socket (sconce) to the stem. This one has an area of roughness below the socket which appears to be melted glass. Could this be the wafer? I don't think it's a method used by English makers. Height is 8" , weight 21ounces, it has a high uranium content.
