Mid Century Figures?

I typically only post about glass items but I came across these in a thrift store and I was intrigued. I can’t seem to find any comps for them. Does anyone have an idea of what they are, who made them and perhaps the age? They are both incised on the bottom with the initials of “I K P”. I’m not sure in what order the initials go. Any help would be appreciated.
