I can only find one as similar to this one online. It could be as old at 1890 or as new as 1930, I think. The images include it with and without the silk hand-stitched cap. It has a wood base with 200 22 carved in it. It seems to be a paper mache and cork structure on the wood base. The facial features make it most unique. Your comments and opinions are appreciated and welcomed. Thanks for looking at this recent treasure I acquired.
