Ghost sign as seen on South Main Street, Wilkes-Barré, PA...05.12.26. The closeness of the building presenting this sign prevented a better image to be captured. It appears that the building on the left was erected after the one with the sign, as there is a faded Coca-Cola mural along with the Rice sign. That mural cannot be seen from the street as the two buildings' proximity to each other blocks that view.

Apparently, Joseph S. Rice was at one time considered the Wonder Boy of Wilke-Barr, and that building dates to 1909:

It turned out to be a bear to get Google Maps/Street View to show me that building (it kept kicking me out to some residential neighborhood), but I finally got it with an assist from loopnet, which had a map showing it as being on South Main between West Main Stree and East Northhampton Street):
