Here is a 3 1-2"W green baby turtle figurine with glazed back shell in a peach tiny turtle design. From the 1970s & made by Jorge DeRosa, original founder of Artesania Rinconada Uruguay with their AR mark on underside

Phil thank you for your kind & awesome comment, yes I agree this is a great design, so unique with the little turtles around the shell. And how perfect to make the baby turtle in his natural green color, the scalloping around the head & feet is just perfect
