Vintage silver earring

I’ve just rediscovered this lovely vintage silver earring,
I don’t know anything about it, I think stone is over 1ct unusual shape and looks really interesting and well made, no maker’s mark unfortunately, so wondering how old it is & where it’s from. Also wondering what the stone is, just assumed CZ but you never know.
