Antique earrings

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely pair of earrings, I don’t know anything about them, they are unusual, wondering how old these are and what the stone is, I remember cleaning this as it was literally all black with tarnish and that was over 10 years ago, it still looks how I last left it, so makes me think that this is most likely antique? I only find antique items with that much tarnish on them, it takes a long time to gain that colour , these are solid and just feel quality
