I'm looking at this 1920 Harley V with pedals. Where can I find out info and try to determine value. Is there a collector club? What do I need to look at?

The pedal date it to before 1915 ( about the time kick starters came in). Looks like an 11F but not sure.
lol its not going to fire up till ya hook up the second spark wire....just saying,... but I would give you my wife , house and car for it ,.. but not the dog .....
