if any one could help me on the details of these cookie jars, that would be great, i dont know much on the subject and would love to know more

The one on the left looks like a 'paint-it-yourself' Care Bears design. The blue bear is "Grumpy Bear", but since he has no face painted, and is painted poorly, I think someone just painted an unfinished greenware cookie jar. It's not commercially decorated.
Sorry, I can't help you with the other one, but it looks like something from the 80s.
