This is pewter made in 1993. It is quite bold with rider , Harley and even horses in the back set out from the buckle itself. It commemorates the first Yank on a Harley to enter Germany in World War 1, which is also engraved at the bottom of the Buckle. It is Corporal Roy Holtz.
Now this much i know.I would appreciate it if someone could tell me more about this.Tried but could not upload a pic.Never seen one like it.It's real cool
