CCCP Pocket watch

Any info on this watch would be greatly appreciated. The inscription on the front is ?????????? ???? ?????, ????????????! which translates to Workers of the World Unite. It also says CCCP. It is a Monija watch 17 jewels but no serial number so i don't know the time frame the watch was made.
