Holzkunst Christian Ulbricht Nutcracker, Handmade in West Germany

I received this guy from an elderly lady I used to care for. This nutcracker has been a part of her home for as long as I can remember. I'm trying to research him though and can't seem to find him listed anywhere. Do you know any information about this particular nutcracker? It says that its handmade in West Germany which obviously doesn't exist anymore. How old do you think it is? How much do you think its worth? Do you know where I could find a duplicate online or any further information about it?
