hinged and beautiful trinket boxes typically show up at garage sales and on the various online selling sites -- will be posting a few for those of you that enjoy a sewing etui but perhaps like me just care not to spend the money nor mortgage the house to own a few pretties for my sewing room
this little red cardinal has his head done as a pin cushion and the strawberry fob on the scissors is filled with columbia river sand for sharpening the needles
mine too jay -- but as you know i am a bird lover -- would love to find a crow to decorate but to date no luck in the searches for one -- currently working on a dove with big beautiful soft eyes
