Vintage Panetta Monumental Citrine Pearl Ring

I've never seen this ring before, but I can understand why! This ring is so beautifully-made; the pearls are in the center of every flower, and they are of graduating sizes. The center stone is in bright orange color and has an emerald cut. It sits high atop the finger; very unique. Signed "PANETTA" and "STERLING".
