This is an Imperial Glass toothpick holder with the "#505 Bellaire" pattern in the color peacock. It measures 2 1/2" (6.4 cm) tall, 2 5/8" (6.7 cm) wide on the top & 1 5/8" (4.1 cm) wide at the base.

beautiful piece and great photos! This is Imperial's pattern #505 'Bellaire' and first introduced in crystal around 1912. The pattern is also often found by the AKA of 'Octagon' and sometimes by the AKA 'Imperial Lace'.
My favourite colour !! Beautiful :)
What a nice toothpick holder I have some things that throw out that colour but I cannot get it to look like that in a photo. Not something I am the best at but trying.
