I have this watch that was left to me by my father and I don't know much about it. I love it because it is was my dads favorite. i know he bought it new on a trip overseas, probably between late 60 s and early 80s, but could be wrong with the times as he travelled overseas a number of times. Can any one tell me anything and what it would be worth as I am not sure if I should insure it or not. Thanks

IWC (International Watch Company) is a high end watch. They are very popular and very expensive. Maybe you could write an e-mail to the factory : http://www.iwc.com/en/

You probably get an answer from them.
