I love this bowl. My husband's Godmother passed it on to us. It was one of her prized possessions. A yard sale treasure. That's all we know about it, but she always felt is was "special," so it is very special to us. We have always wondered if there is more to know about it. What do you think? : )

BTW...The legs of the bowl are "stems" or possibly "tree trunks?" Also, I tried to get a good picture of the markings on the bottom of the bowl. There is an 01 or 10 marked in the glass and to distinctive swirls that resemble a "c" and an "s" maybe? Thanks for any input.

I am fairly sure that this is a Fenton pattern. Try google'ing Fenton footed bowls and see if this pattern shows up.

Thanks, Dave! You were correct, it's Fenton's orange tree pattern. I had no idea where to begin. : )

Thank you! : ) I wasn't sure how to figure out the color. Amber Marigold Rose ... They all seem very similar.
