Japanese Abstract Mystery Lamp - Reyol WKS, Made in Japan

I can't seem to find this lamp maker anywhere. I believe it's ceramic, although it looks metal. The scene on the front is painted and at one point had mother of pearl decoration. There is one piece still attached.
The bottom reads: Reyol WKS Made in Japan
