Recently acquired at an estate sale - this is an item I wish I knew a little bit more about. Carved animals, dogs, birds, and it is a vase. Any one know age? It does have etched on back CHINA - is it new - certainly looks very old. Thank you.
If it was old and from China I wonder if it would say China? How many old valuable items are simply marked China? That kind of sounds like something a tourist could read.
Hi fhrjr2 - yeah, I know, I thought the same thing - it also has a black mark maybe a date or something on the bottom, need to take a better photo of that and upload that.
