    Not really a collector, but I have an interesting item. It is a Fire-King 424 dish but instead of "FIRE-KING" it is very clearly marked "FIPE-KING", 'P' instead of 'R'. Photo attached. Anyone know anything about this? Would there be any collector value to this? It crossed my mind that it could be a counterfeit, but it doesn't seem likely because it is the only one out of a set of 6. Thanks for any comments!

      Doubt if its a counterfeit - possibly an error in the mold itself or the arm of the "R" in the mold was clogged. - The "11" would be the mold # - There are some on ebay right now with the entire embossing backwards (mirror image)
