    Believed to be a Japanese glazed vase with gold gilt.

    Unfortunately I cannot read Japanese but would be most grateful if someone would be able to translate the mark for me. And additionally any other information about the vase.

      Lovely pair of vases Jim.

      Did you ever find out what this worth and what the markings meant? I have exactly the same vase, the only difference is the markings on the base are red in my one.

      Hi, I have two one is large and one is small. Did you learn more about its value? I have a show and tell listed for the exact same vase.
