I found this in an Attic and know nothin about it. You can tell by the texture it is hand painted. The hanging parts look like crystal. Any help you could give would be much appreciated!

I have several aroud here.You need them in an old house.When I moved in my 1820s house.I bought a few I have on m page.Enjoy your wonderful lamp.

Do not convert it , keep original it is worth more that way. I have a blue one similar to it.I know market is around 1 thousand at least ,That is why I am on here researching its value.
