Made in Japan Silver creamer and sugar set

I'm not sure what I have, its a set and its silver I need to clean it, but it says on the bottoms Japanese writting and PAT NO.. other than that that's all I know. Please if someone knows how ot where or what I have email me Francesroberts.1973@gmail.com
