One of my favorite from my collection. I don't know what the back of the plates say but the front tell a great story in the imagery used. Also, I think this was part of a collection or series?

I googled Monika Heller Cole, she is a German artist, and found some of these plates. I believe they depicted the 4 seasons and it looks like it depicts "the seasons of life" as well--growing up and older. Sweet little plates!
Jewels, thank you. I will look her up and see what else I can find on this artist. If you say they depict the four seasons then I must be missing one of them. I would really like to complete the set, if that's the case.
