I was inspired to post this piece from racer4four's posting. This is from my collection and I believe this is an exact shape match. A nice tall Kralik piece that measures about 12" tall. The last picture is of a matching décor group of mine. Hey racer4four, your blue spots piece would make a good matching set for this orange spots piece...
