Another estate sale find. I don't know why anyone would past this beautiful Rookwood Vase up. I was able to find this on the last day of the Estate sale with a great discount. There is fine grazing on the vase, as most vases that are over 100 years old. Growing up in the shadow of the Rookwood pottery in Cincinnati, I own several special Rookwood pieces. My last visit to the old pottery, I enjoyed my meal in one of the large kilns. Rookwood Pottery was a very good restaurant. It now closed.
