Hi everyone
I bought these two vases from an old Thai lady of Chinese ancestry who was clearing out her house.
They are extremely ornate and beautiful.
There is a similar mark on the base of each. Is anyone familiar as to the vases' origin and date?
They measure approximately 14 inches tall.

Thank you for taking the time to write a message. Am I to take it this is a reproduction of a pair of Qianlong vases from the Qing Dynasty. The attention to detail lends me to believe they could be original, though who knows how intricate the copiers are?

After doing some research on the internet it seems all of the modern reproductions have very bold, vivid and strongly coloured marks. On the vases I have listed the marks seem to have faded and are worn. Could this suggest an earlier age or a reproducer with a shoddy stamp?
You can also go to gotheborg.com. I believe he does have a forum, and also does appraisals for a small fee. It’s really difficult to appraise a piece for authenticity without actually handling it, so a local expert or museum would be your best route

this is no told this is a qianlong mark from the PROC period , from 1960 on , probably even later because of the Purge period in between
