Cut and ribbed Edwardian bud vase

This has a ground, polished base, which suggests it was worked in some way after mould-blowing - perhaps in the application of the cranberry ribs/trails. It was then, later, cut.
Along with Edwardian submerged glass, I am sure themes will start to emerge with all of this sort of production. I *think* it Czech - but open to correction. 25.5cm tall.
