Found in old tool box. I believe these are screw driver buts for a breast dill or brace drill. Does anyone know?

You are correct.
Yes, you have 2 vintage types of bits, as far as the chucks they will fit. Along with brace and bit, and breast drill, you can add egg beater drills, Yankee Screwdriver, etc., etc.
