    6" x 1.5" a bowl looks like a flower, is divided into six sections and stamped GERMAN SILVER. Has flowers and looks like the face of an owl, I see a set of horns, and a bird head. Any one tell me how old this piece is?

      Possibly 1930s. Since it's just marked "German silver" the silver content is probably low grade: 800 or 835.
