I believe this is a vintage green glass wine decanter/bottle with stoppers/ice chamber. I've had it since the 80's. A great way to keep your wine cooled without watering it down. I don't recall where I got it originally, but it is blown glass and the ones on line say it's from Italy. Posted the pic I'm painting of it for someone on site that requested it. It's almost done!
