Not a vase... Wine decanter!
Mikael had a similar model, the wide Base is for oxygenate young wine :-P

Kyra is right Geode..unfortunately I broke mine a while back. :( Mine had it's original orange label. It was made by Nachtmann Crystal in Germany.
