Can anyone tell me something about this red honeycomb decanter. Although it does not look old, my father says it has been in the family for 3 generations. The crosses appear to be hand cut into the crystal glass along with etching and red honeycomb pattern painted on by hand.

I agree, most likely to be Bohemian. Those crosses are not usual and look like they might be a special commission.
