Unmarked potcelain serving bowl

This bowl is very lightweight and delicate - unfortunately a bit of the fuschia and gold have worn off over the years, but it is in overall good condition. I can tell the gold decoration was probably continued into the center of the bowl at one point. I have been unsure about the orgin of this piece...I initially thought it could be Austrian upon initial searching (that might have been way off base, im still learning!) until I picked up a Tressemann and Vogt Haviland Limoges dish that had the same circular stamp on the back...any thoughts?
