    I picked this up recently at a local auction. I am not able to find any info on it? I was wondering if someone could tell me what this design is called, and what its approx date of manufacture would have been? Thanks!

      Jorgen,
      You found a nice 1948-53 "Simplicity" lamp, made of Alacite glass.
      The model designation is: B-26; the flowers are called "Decalcomania"
      If you're interested in more on Aladdin, there is a book called: Aladdin The Magic Name in Lamps, by JW Courter, Calvert City, Kentuky.
