Brooch measure 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" wt. 1 1/8 oz.
I am wondering if it's Victorian? (no markings) Also has a patina
on it - should I clean it or leave it?

Brooches are dated by the kind of clasp they have, so need to see a photo of the back of your brooch.
Don't clean it, that will ruin it.

That clasp looks like a sort of rollover.
