I found this today downstairs hanging in the rafters-trademark JJ it has four sapphire-colored stones, the sun moon stars and the planet Saturn. does anybody know anything about this item ? I don't know if it's a child's necklace or a choker but if it's for an adult it's a choker . I thought it was beautiful and would like to know more about it . I would like to learn how to clean it up and I think I will save it for my grandbaby Emma .

JJ means Jonette Jewelry. Those aren't sapphires, but rather
blue glass crystals.

By the info u gave me do you think it is from the seventies.? How do I go about cleaning it up alittle.? I appreciate the feedback.
This could very well be from the 1970s/1980s. I like it very much! Don't clean it too much - the patina is nice and shows it has age. Rub it with a soft polishing cloth. This is made from pewter, not silver, so it's not supposed to be shiny.
