Was at the tire shop recently and across the street noticed this old wooden building that was never tore down. Was hoping somebody can understand what the sign says.. Town is Madera, Ca Tks

It's like a second hand store/freight office. Is it near a rail line? Or it could have been a stage line.

That's all I can see off hand..
