This is I believe a Vintage Dooney & Bourke Small handbag. It is a clutch, with a well made adjustable leather handle.
The materials are white pebble grain leather, with a salmon woven interior.
There is a key leash attached. Love this bag's size and durability. Hate to use it. 11" wide by 5.25" high , it is a "to go size" have not seen another like it. Curious as to why they would have discontinued this style.
D&B still make bags around this size, but have updated the styles to coincide with fashion trends.
