This was my grandmothers and it is 24cm diameter and 9cm tall to the top of the handle. Can someone please tell me exactly what it would be used for and an approximate age. I believe it is crystal as when held from the handle and tapped it rings a high pitch for nearly 10 seconds.
Any help appreciated.
It is used for serving snacks or appetizers. For example, the little sandwiches with the edges cut off.
