A blue glass pitcher and glass set my sister gave me for my wedding

My sister bought this for me at roots country market in Pennsylvania while we were on vacation. I fell in love with the color as it is one of the colors I am going to use at my wedding in the near future. I've been doing some research but haven't had any luck trying to find out how old it is and what the pattern is called. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
