I would really like to know what kind of stone this bottle is made from. It appears to be some kind of conglomerate.
It has a specific gravity of 2.7 and has a concave base. It measures 6cm tall. The inside still has residue from a reddish colored snuff.
Gorgeous material. Do you think it's a natural stone or a made stone?
racer4four - definitely natural stone - looking at it under magnification I can see the crystalline structure of the darker material - the colored stones in the conglomerate have not degraded like the darker stone and so it gives it a scaly texture
